This PR fixes the issue where ((ShapeCrawler.ITable)item).Rows[i].Height was always returning the default value for new rows, even after the row height had been increased with more text.

This PR introduces a new and efficient way to serialize Ids as URL-safe Base64 strings. It includes parsing methods that support both the new format and the legacy ToStringIdentifier() Base64 string format, along with unit tests.

With the release of 1.3.0, I came across a post from a user, asking how to check their current version of Omarchy. While implementing a standalone omarchy-version script would suffice, using a flag (like -v) feels much more natural. I thought it would be nice to simply run omarchy -v and see the latest version.

CardUI is a web-app that allows businesses to quickly and easily create digital business cards for Apple Wallet. It also enables them to build custom landing pages with personalized links, logos, and brand colors. This was a side project I built and marketed independently.
